Low back pain is not just an ache. It can involve nerves, discs or muscles — recognise the full picture.
Acute or chronic, stiffness
Pain radiating down the leg
Tingling or loss of sensation
Difficulty with first steps
Unable to walk long distances
Worse in seated position
Cramping and tightness
Weeks or months
Most of my patients feel a clear reduction in pain already in the first session — with deep tissue massage, lumbar manipulations and nerve release.
Right after the first treatment you'll bend and straighten more freely. You feel it the moment you get up from the table.
I'll leave you with an accurate diagnosis and stabilisation exercises you can do today — not just a prescription for 10 sessions.
I ask about your history and symptoms, examine lumbar and hip mobility, perform neurological tests (sciatic nerve, reflexes) and identify exactly which tissues are causing the pain.
Release of deep lumbar muscles, hip external rotators and gluteals. Targeted trigger point pressure, myofascial release. This is where you feel the first clear pain reduction.
Fine precision needles in deep muscle structures that can't be released by hand. Particularly effective for gluteal pain and sciatica. Brief, tolerable, effective.
Lumbar spine and sacroiliac joint mobilisations using Mulligan and Maitland techniques — IFOMPT-certified, precise, safe. Restoring mobility to where it should be.
When pain or numbness radiates down the leg (sciatica), I apply Shacklock neurodynamics techniques to untangle and free the sciatic nerve from compression.
I teach you 3–5 targeted exercises for deep core muscle strengthening, lumbar stabilisation and motor control improvement — these stabilise the improvement and prevent recurrence.
Or send a WhatsApp — I'll usually call you back within a few minutes.
I don't apply just one technique. I combine as many as your case requires — that's why improvement is immediate.
"Low back pain" is not enough. I identify which tissues are causing the pain — disc, nerve, muscle or joint.
Targeted release of lumbar and gluteal muscles — musculoskeletal technique, not relaxation massage.
Fine needles in deep trigger points that can't be reached by hand — ideal for sciatica.
Mulligan & Maitland lumbar and sacroiliac mobilisations — IFOMPT-certified, safe.
For sciatica and numbness — Shacklock neurodynamics for the sciatic nerve.
Core exercises and neuromuscular coordination — this makes improvement permanent.

Hello. When a patient with low back pain calls me, I usually know two things: they're in enough pain to seek help — and they've already been disappointed by something else they tried.
My job is to relieve you quickly and teach you how not to end up here again. I specialise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy (IFOMPT, APTA), in manual therapy techniques Mulligan, Maitland and Shacklock neurodynamics, and in core stabilisation exercises. This combination is not found in a typical physiotherapy centre.
I come to your home with all the equipment. Call 6944 344 342 — I answer, I treat, I do the follow-up too.

"I was in bed for 2 weeks with back pain and after 2 sessions I went back to work."
"He helped me a lot at home during an acute sciatica episode — with therapeutic techniques and massage, but also helping me understand the cause and how to prevent and deal with a similar episode in the future. Professional, approachable, open to questions. I recommend him unreservedly."
"My husband couldn't stand up due to sudden low back pain which was treated immediately. With only 4 visits he had overcome the problem. We recommend him unreservedly!"
In the vast majority of cases, yes. A herniated disc on its own doesn't always mean surgery. With manual therapy, neurodynamics and stabilisation exercises, most patients avoid the operating table. I'll tell you honestly if your case needs a different approach.
No. The techniques I use are intense but controlled. I ask how you feel throughout the session. My philosophy: less pain when leaving the session, not more.
Most patients function without pain in 2–5 sessions. In difficult cases it may reach 10. In the 1st session you'll have a clear answer for your specific case.
As soon as possible — in urgent cases, same day. I work Sundays and holidays until 23:00.
Or send a WhatsApp message — I usually reply within a few minutes.
