Less back pain and better movement — from the very first session.
Low back pain, sciatica, disc herniation, pain radiating down the leg, morning stiffness? You'll feel the difference from the first session. Home physiotherapy and chiropractic in Voula and surrounding areas (Glyfada, Vouliagmeni, Vari) — speak directly with the Physiotherapist-Chiropractor.
I don't apply just one technique.
I combine as many as your case requires — that's why improvement is immediate.
Low back pain is not just an ache.
Low back pain is not just an ache. It can involve nerves, discs or muscles — recognise the full picture.
- Low back pain — acute or chronic, stiffness
- Sciatica — pain radiating down the leg
- Leg numbness — tingling or loss of sensation
- Morning stiffness — difficulty with first steps
- Walking difficulty — unable to walk long distances
- Pain when sitting — worse in seated position
- Muscle spasms — cramping and tightness
- Chronic pain — weeks or months
From the very first session.
Less pain
Most of my patients feel a clear reduction in pain already in the first session — with deep tissue massage, lumbar manipulations and nerve release.
Better movement
Right after the first treatment you'll bend and straighten more freely. You feel it the moment you get up from the table.
A clear plan
I'll leave you with an accurate diagnosis and stabilisation exercises you can do today — not just a prescription for 10 sessions.
Six therapeutic techniques, in one appointment.
I don't apply just one technique. I combine as many as your case requires — that's why improvement is immediate.
- 1
Detailed assessment & diagnosis
I ask about your history and symptoms, examine lumbar and hip mobility, perform neurological tests (sciatic nerve, reflexes) and identify exactly which tissues are causing the pain.
- 2
Specialised deep tissue massage
Release of deep lumbar muscles, hip external rotators and gluteals. Targeted trigger point pressure, myofascial release. This is where you feel the first clear pain reduction.
- 3
Dry needling — if needed
Fine precision needles in deep muscle structures that can't be released by hand. Particularly effective for gluteal pain and sciatica. Brief, tolerable, effective.
- 4
Manual therapy
Lumbar spine and sacroiliac joint mobilisations using Mulligan and Maitland techniques — IFOMPT-certified, precise, safe. Restoring mobility to where it should be.
- 5
Neurodynamic sciatic nerve release
When pain or numbness radiates down the leg (sciatica), I apply Shacklock neurodynamics techniques to untangle and free the sciatic nerve from compression.
- 6
Core stabilisation & neuromuscular coordination exercises
I teach you 3–5 targeted exercises for deep core muscle strengthening, lumbar stabilisation and motor control improvement — these stabilise the improvement and prevent recurrence.
Seven therapeutic techniques, in one appointment
I don't apply a single technique. I combine whichever ones your case needs — that is why the improvement is immediate.
Assessment & diagnosis
"Back pain" as a label is not enough. I identify which tissues cause the pain — disc, nerve, muscle or joint.
Deep therapeutic massage
Targeted release of the lumbar and gluteal muscles — a musculoskeletal technique, not a relaxation massage.
Dry needling
Fine needles into deep muscle points hands cannot reach — ideal for sciatica.
Chiropractic (manual therapy)
Mulligan & Maitland mobilisations of the lumbar spine and sacroiliac joints — IFOMPT-certified, safe.
Neurodynamic release
For sciatica and numbness — Shacklock neurodynamics for the sciatic nerve.
Sacroiliac joint treatment
Immediate relief and functional improvement. Both chronic and acute conditions are treated.
Core stabilisation & strengthening
Core exercises and neuromuscular coordination — this is what makes the improvement last.
