Most of my patients feel a clear reduction in pain already in the first session — with targeted deep tissue massage, hip joint mobilisation and soft tissue release.
Right after the first treatment you'll climb stairs and take steps more freely. You feel it the moment you get up from the table.
I'll leave you with an accurate diagnosis and strengthening exercises you can do today — not just a prescription for 10 sessions.
I ask about your history and symptoms, examine hip mobility (flexion, extension, rotations, abduction), perform specific hip joint tests and identify exactly which tissues are causing the pain — joint, tendon, bursa or muscles.
Release of deep hip external rotators, gluteal muscles and tendons. Targeted trigger point pressure in hip and thigh, myofascial release. This is where you feel the first clear pain reduction.
Fine precision needles in deep hip and gluteal muscle structures. Particularly effective for trochanteric bursitis and tendinopathy. Brief, tolerable, effective.
Hip joint mobilisations using Mulligan and Maitland techniques — traction, glides, mobilisation with movement. IFOMPT-certified, precise, safe. Restoring full range of motion.
When pain radiates to the thigh or nerve involvement is present, I apply Shacklock neurodynamics to free the nerves passing through the hip region from compression.
I teach you 3–5 targeted exercises for hip abductor strengthening, gluteal activation and stabiliser coordination — these stabilise the improvement and prevent recurrence. You do them at home on your own.
Or send a WhatsApp — I'll usually call you back within a few minutes.
I don't apply just one technique. I combine as many as your case requires — that's why improvement is immediate.
I identify which tissues are causing the pain — joint, bursa, tendon or gluteal muscles.
Targeted release of hip external rotators and gluteals — musculoskeletal technique, not relaxation.
Fine needles in deep trigger points — ideal for trochanteric bursitis and tendinopathy.
Mulligan & Maitland hip joint mobilisations — IFOMPT-certified, safe, precise.
For pain radiating to the thigh — Shacklock neurodynamics for nerve involvement.
Abductor and gluteal exercises — this makes improvement permanent.

Hello. When a patient with hip pain calls me, I usually know two things: they're in enough pain to seek help — and they've already been disappointed by something else they tried.
My job is to relieve you quickly and teach you how not to end up here again. I specialise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy (IFOMPT, APTA), in hip manual therapy techniques Mulligan and Maitland, and in hip abductor and gluteal strengthening exercises. This combination is not found in a typical physiotherapy centre.
I come to your home with all the equipment. Call 6944 344 342 — I answer, I treat, I do the follow-up too.

Yes, in most cases. Hip manual therapy and strengthening of the periarticular muscles can significantly reduce pain and improve mobility, even with osteoarthritis. I'll tell you honestly if your case warrants a surgical referral.
No. The techniques I use are intense but controlled. I ask how you feel throughout the session. My philosophy: less pain when leaving the session, not more.
Most patients function without pain in 2–5 sessions. In difficult cases it may reach 8–10. In the 1st session you'll have a clear answer for your specific case.
As soon as possible — in urgent cases, same day. I work Sundays and holidays until 23:00.
